Ashtanga

60 minute modified lead sequence from Ashtanga's primary series. All levels welcome, no experience with Ashtanga necessary. This class is heated.

Yin/Yoga Nidra

Starting Monday, September 9th join us for a 4 week series of Yin/Yoga Nidra. Class will be 75 minutes long and meet Monday September 9th, 16th, 23rd and 30th at 6:15pm to 7:30pm.

We will be focusing on the lower meridians of the body, including the liver, kidneys, stomach and gallbladder. We will be working to clear these blocked pathways to allow the physical and emotional body to function properly. A passive practice, Yin Yoga involves variations of seated and supine poses typically held for 3-5 minutes, accessing deeper layers of fascia. Then settle in and enjoy the immense total body rest provided by Yoga Nidra.

Class is 75 minutes and all levels are welcome.
